As a community bank, Emigrant's focus is primarily on lending in the metropolitan New York City area. In addition to New York, Emigrant's lending area includes New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Emigrant maintains offices in New York (Manhattan, Queens, Long Island and Westchester), New Jersey, and Florida.

On a wholesale basis, through our BrokerDirect® program, we have mortgage professionals servicing all the above mentioned geographic areas.
