specializing in creative financing for residential properties. Emigrant’s mortgage operations
are headquartered in Elmsford, New York. Emigrant looks to its mortgage operations to deliver a
wide array of creative loans for its portfolio.
As a community bank, Emigrant's focus is primarily on lending in the metropolitan New York City
area. In addition to New York, Emigrant's lending area includes New Jersey, Connecticut,
Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Emigrant maintains offices in New York (Manhattan,
Queens, Long Island and Westchester), New Jersey, and Florida.
On a wholesale basis, through our BrokerDirect® program, we have mortgage professionals
